We provide automotive software, tuning, and diagnostic services including, but not limited to:

• ECU remapping
• Performance tuning
• Economy tuning
• DPF, EGR, and AdBlue related services, where legally permitted and suitable for the vehicle
• Diagnostic services
• Custom vehicle tuning

All services are subject to vehicle compatibility, inspection, diagnostic checks, and legal suitability.

We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.

4. Booking & Payments

4.1 Quotes

All quotes provided via the website, phone, email, WhatsApp, or social media are estimates and may change following vehicle inspection, diagnostic checks, or confirmation of the exact work required.

4.2 Payment

Payment is due immediately upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing before work begins.

We may accept:

• Bank transfer
• Cash
• Debit or credit card
• Other approved payment methods

4.3 Deposits

Some bookings may require a deposit to secure an appointment. Deposits may be non-refundable where we have reserved time, purchased parts, prepared software, or incurred costs for your booking.

5. Vehicle Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring that:

• Your vehicle is roadworthy, safe, and mechanically sound before service;
• Any existing faults, warning lights, previous remaps, modifications, or known issues are disclosed to us before work begins;
• Your vehicle is properly insured and legally permitted to be used on public roads where applicable.

Failure to disclose existing issues may affect tuning results, cause damage, or void any warranty or guarantee offered by us.

6. Performance & Results Disclaimer

Vehicle tuning results, performance figures, fuel economy changes, and drivability improvements can vary depending on:

• Vehicle condition
• Maintenance history
• Existing modifications
• Fuel quality
• Manufacturer limitations

We do not guarantee exact horsepower, torque, fuel economy, emissions, or performance gains.

Any estimated figures provided are indicative only.

7. Warranty & Liability

7.1 Software Warranty

Where applicable, we may provide a limited software warranty and a 30-day money back guarantee covering the remap installation itself, subject to the conditions outlined in these Terms and any separate guarantee or disclaimer policy.

This does not cover:

• Mechanical failures
• Clutch or gearbox wear
• Turbocharger failure
• Engine damage caused by pre-existing faults, poor maintenance, or underlying mechanical issues
• Misuse, abuse, racing, track use, poor maintenance, or improper use

7.2 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Engine Remaps shall not be liable for:

• Loss of profits
• Vehicle downtime
• Indirect or consequential damages
• Costs arising from third-party repairs
• Insurance or manufacturer warranty disputes

Our total liability, to the fullest extent permitted by law, shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

8. Manufacturer Warranty & Insurance

Vehicle software changes, tuning, or modifications may:

• Void manufacturer warranties;
• Affect insurance policies;
• Affect emissions compliance or road legality.

It is your responsibility to inform your insurer, check manufacturer warranty implications, and verify that your vehicle remains compliant with applicable laws and regulations.

9. Off-Road & Motorsport Use

Certain tuning solutions, software changes, or emissions-related services may be intended for off-road, track, export, or motorsport use only, depending on applicable laws and emissions regulations.

You are solely responsible for ensuring your vehicle remains road legal, insured, and compliant in your jurisdiction after any work is carried out.

10. Cancellations & Refunds

10.1 Cancellations

Appointments cancelled with insufficient notice may result in loss of deposit or a cancellation charge where we have reserved time, travelled, purchased parts, prepared software, or incurred costs.

10.2 Refunds

Engine Remaps may offer a 30-day money back guarantee on selected remapping services, subject to vehicle suitability, customer compliance with our advice, and the terms of any applicable guarantee or disclaimer policy.

Any refund request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and does not affect your statutory rights.

11. Intellectual Property

All website content including text, branding, logos, graphics, images, layout, and software remains the property of Engine Remaps or its licensors unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute content without written permission.

12. Website Use

You agree not to:
